AKA on SAMA win – I thought I was done submitting and winning awards

AKAAKA has finally received the award for his SAMA26 win for the simplest Video of the Year, Jika featuring Yanga Chief.

Expressing his excitement after holding the award, he says he thought he was done submitting and winning awards.

The rapper further says it’s the primary within the history of SAMA for him to win the category.

Supa Mega says he’s overwhelmed because out off music video dropped from different genre, his video was found deserve the win.

He also appreciated his fans, the Megacy, for encouraging him to campaign for votes after bagging the nod.

“TBH i assumed i used to be done with submitting for awards, including winning awards. this is often the very 1st SAMA within the HISTORY of the SAMAs, for “BEST MUSIC VIDEO” and it belongs to us. Music Videos are in fact , an art a bit like making MUSIC is. believe ALL the videos that begin within the space of a year, across ALL genres, to think that we won is super super cool. If it wasn’t for the MEGACY who actually FORCED me to campaign for this, it never would have happened.”
